on my desktop running win7 i use wmp and sometimes songbird which has some great custumization options in addition to its own web browser.

Amarok 2.3 on PCLinuxOS. On Windows I just started using aTunes. I was using foobar before that.

WinAmp since just about the dawn of time (iTunes is an abomination to use in comparison, for the way I listen to music at least.)
