Should I buy a class 6 or class 10 MicroSD card? Planning on getting a 16gb card for dual-booting MeeGo.

I have tired it today. I am unable to write image on my SD card. I have 8 GB class six SD card. Everytime, I try to write. It gives me error "not enough space". Is it because, I have 8 GB or there is some other issues? Would you please explain what to do to partition SD card to 2 GB?

what's the difference between the 500mb file here:
http://repo.meego.com/MeeGo/releases...t-armv7l-n900/

and here:
http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/meego-codedrop.php

coz the official guide tells us to get it from the first link, but the 2nd site is also the official site where we download our firmwares from.....so i'm confused.

The image in the 2nd site is pointed to by the instructions for setting up Dual Boot using uboot-pr13. uboot-pr13 did not boot the image in the first link, however it did boot the image in the 2nd link.

Yes. However, I do not know if uboot-pr13 works with the 1.2 images, so you may need to use the flasher to boot it. I plan on giving it a try tomorrow, err... later today

To uninstall uboot, the last line in the Dual Boot guide says

"If you want to remove U-boot you can as root in Maemo run: apt-get install --reinstall kernel-flasher"

Did you correctly enter the command as listed above?
