WebOS on non-mobiles is *very* interesting.
This provides HP with a point of differentiation among PC companies and with an OS with a killer interface.
I like it!
I seriously hope that the library of apps grows quickly, or that there's a bridge to another environment (eg. desktop linux, android, etc).

you forget that hardware is not all. I have heard plenty of people complaining about laggy Android even if it the HW is sometimes faster than HP:s webos based HW or N900.
