It's only an Android, but the newly announced Samsung Galaxy Note still catches my eye. Why? Because it has a stylus. It's huge though.

4 inch is alreasy very huge
The Motorola Arrix 4G has alot of touchscreen bugs
Android apps can be ported to MeeGo right?
The n9 sucks at the cpu and battery
and you wont be able to use a stylus too

No good phones at the moment?
Does anyone have news about good upcomming phones?

Yes, it's going to be huge. But then again, it's 'Note', and a notebook shouldn't be much smaller than that, I guess.

Samsung has announced a whole family of Galaxy's but I don't know if I think that changes anything (except for the stylus of the Note)

Well, It's not a notebook! It's an goddamn phone!
They named it "note" because you can use a stylus not because it is like a notebook.
But if you want a phone with a 5.3 inch screen that will barely fit in your pocket, go for it . Some people like bigger screens I guess?

I think they are going to release bigger phones now then go smaller and smaller till they reach 4inch again, it's clever marketing.
I think there is no phone worth looking at the moment.

If anyone finds news on a new phone feel free to post it here.

So if i had to buy a smartphone right now and i dint want to buy the SGS II (assuming of course I am not able to get my hand on the N9) you are telling me there really isnt a worthy phone in the market.

btw i'll prefer a sub-4" screen anyday (more like 3.7"-3.9").

How does the N9 cpu suck? What good is a dual core when a quad core is coming out in a month? What's the point of a dual core at the moment, make a laggy UI fast? Games, but let's not forget, single core phones make up 90+% of the market?

Why they bring out a phone with a 1ghz processor when the HTC HD2 already had one 2-3 years ago
and the n900 can overclock to 1.15 ghz anyways.

They should've added some good features atleast, like a good battery, stylus support, etc. But they planned on making a completely new MeeGo OS, when they could just improve the Maemo OS, MeeGo will probably be pretty good but it just seems poinltess to me.

I just hope they will be a MeeGo/Maemo port for Android later,
that would do it for me.

I will wait until a quad core phone comes out before I give up my N900.
