I've bought DingMee today and very glad to have it on My N9.
Is possible to get also SLOVENIAN (not slowak) language?

Thanks
Milko

Hi!

Thank you for using DingMee :-)

Next update will include: Greek/Hebrew/Portuguese
And a new feature: search history.

Enjoy!

@matimilko: There is no Slovenian dict at wiktionary.org. Do you have some alternative sources?

Hi,

new Version (0.1.2) is available:
http://store.ovi.com/content/297350

I'm a little bit confused about a new comment entry:
"Doesn't work, when I launch the app, a black screen appears"

As I can understand the statistics, he/she downloads the previous version, which works well for so many users.

Do you have similar problems? Maybe in a combination with other apps/tweaks?

Such rating makes me very sad, because he/she didn't contact me, or my support page.

chrm, I have not had the same issue but for the negative comments that didn't attempt to troubleshoot with you just ignore them...When people speak about you it means you must be doing something right...

Hi Schturman,

yes, you need a stable network connection. Some dicts are about 5, 6 or more megabytes.

But it shouldn't freeze while waiting for the connection. I'll do some tests on mobile network connection. No problems here on wlan.

So, when you are happy with DingMee I will be deeply grateful for a nice comment in the ovi store ;-)

One additional info about the DingMee dictionaries.
The other commercial translator apps tells the number of "entries" as a quality feature.

Here are the number of entries used in DingMee:

de-en 162.196
en-arb 11.677
en-cmn 22.535
en-cs 27.103
en-el 22.899
en-es 42.911
en-fi 61.185
en-fr 49.097
en-he 9.778
en-hu 21.697
en-it 35.163
en-ja 28.315
en-pl 24.682
en-pt 27.417
en-ru 46.073
en-sv 28.270

EDIT: oh yes, I have already a en-hu dictionary. This will be built-in in the next release ;-)

hi there.
i also want to thank you very much for this app. it fills another gap and it s a more-than-fair price for it!!
it would be even better if you could allow the user to freely choose the languages he/she wants to translate between.
shouldn t be too complicated to implement? for example when translating from german to spanish, the app fetches the corresponding english lines and puts out the matching terms of the en/spa dictionary (if installed...
not the best way but imho feasible.
looking forward to further releases!!
