Ah I see, I will install the Transmission-Qt port for Windows and will check what can be failing. is this the one you are using? http://sourceforge.net/projects/trqtw/

does the daemon stop when you close the app? there doesn't seem to be a way to go back to the login page to stop it other than to reopen it to close it.

You can stop it by going to Settings and from there use the Menu, I will add an option to close the daemon on exit!

Changes:
- Added splash screen
- New main screen
- Press and Hold to access Torrent options
- Autoconnect once local daemon is started
- Close daemon when the UI is closed

version number is the same but the app is different :P

I've tested using Transmission Qt 2.71 (13538) and the stop/resume options worked ok, are you using this version?

yes same one. Will Test now with latest version of transmission remote..

I have a problem while installing it

error: Can't Install
Installation of application would change components that other installations are dependant on.

Can you try to install it from the terminal to see what it says? Also what version of firmware are you using?
