Well that was already the way before the company was formed so impossible to mend that. What can be done, is of course just what has been created; a better alternative to those.

Harmattan compability is just a few quick fixes and recompile. Shouls be nothing to make noise about.

Wot? There's the SDK with pretty neat emulator for the device. And it's possible to run the created applications on Sailfish/N9...

You are misquoting here now, shame on you
What was said that there's no possibility of setting up an external bug tracker, due to no resources in processing the reports and correlating that with internal bug tracker. And I do believe that's a real case.
The comment in "no time to read/dont send" was related to somebody's proposition that community would set up it's own tracker and hope that Jolla would read it and act on it. Of course there's no obligation for them to do anything like that, and cannot spare resources to it.
In reality they have stated that they WANT you to send bug reports to their service desk.

It's beta but not that buggy, no buggier than other OS'es when they first came out, somewhat lessbuggier than other are even now

I remember seeing some idiots on The Verge instantly bashing it, and none of them have ever used it in there life.

I'd buy a cheap WP phone(Like Nokia 520 or something) and wait for Jolla. I remember how happy I was to return to N9 so when you'll finally put your hands on your Jolla it will be even better.

It would be actually nice to see some Harmattan stuff ported. I am a bit disappointed by the native applications support at the moment. I knew that there would not be much but it seems that there is virtually none. I remember that one year ago (I think it was during Slush) when Jolla guys shared stage with some Rovio people they were asked "will it run Angry Birds?" and the answer was "Angry Birds already runs on MeeGo". And also some of the Jolla guys mentioned on some interview that they were contacting commercial devs and discussing about porting stuff and the message from companies was that "Oh, we already have that for MeeGo".

OK, nothing was ever promised but I definately had higher hopes for the native (and even commercial) software support.

nexus 5 with sailfish please.

which is to say:
quad core
high speed OpenGl ES 3.0
2GB / 32GB
Wifi AC / BT 4.0
slim bezel 5" FHD

nothing revolutionary, just current.

There is no such thing as a jPhone. It's Jolla or Jolla phone if you want but jPhone? That doesn't exist.

I'm expecting much more mature product(OS and Hardware) and also Improved SDK(and API's) but also jolla as an manufacturer. I'm pretty sure it won't be officially named jPhone ll.

Do you remember the Roller-coaster Demo game pre-release of n900? I think it was released about two years later. It's all sales talk. Assume it won't be there until you can put your hands on it.

I think it's up to the owner of the phone to decide that. Don't you agree?

Not really.
I find it pretty ugly and offensive to call a device that stands proud as its own as something of a parody of an inferior product by another company. It is not even a good joke.

It is downright rude, and I would like you to stop doing that.

I still think a Nexus 5 with SailfishOS is a much better all-round device.
Especially if Jolla could make it dualboot.

Just so much potential wasted by "software experts" focusing on the hardware.
