1. The NAND is not from TI, it's from Samsung. It is not integrated in the OMAP, but rather PoP.
2. 512MB was available since at least start of 2009, more than 10 months before N900 went to market.
3. The device has a lot more storage, it's Nokia that decided on the file systems layout.
My repository
"N900 community support for the MeeGo-Harmattan" Is the new "Mer is Fremantle for N810".
No more Nokia devices for me.
