Whatever is on that drawing(it may be a purely concept drawing), sides are very unlike iPad, or Galaxy Tab, they are rounded - it looks as enlarged N9.
BTW: I respect your wits, but please look carefully, before posting alternative acer images.
Oh now you're just sounding like Apple. Will you also try to sue them off the market in Au and Eu?

What I mean is that IMHO the N900 is still today as "modern" and innovative as it gets, and still costs way less than other supposedly-better phones..

What annoyed me most though was that a lot of the text was too big (hopefully customizable..), and it appeared to be "cut" at the top and the bottom (e.g. the clock), like the space for it was too small (or not dynamically resized, which is bad enough..)
