Are you sure you're uploading images to the public folder of your account, not the account's root (these are generally not the same)? If you want a hand sussing it out i'd be happy to take a look at the acct for you if you let me know it's details.
Great job with the images, also.

Thanks nidO, I'll PM you the details for you to take a look. Not sure about configuring FTP serverside - fine with clientside but pretty new to the web tbh. You give me a PC with a problem, I can fix it, you give me a network with issues, I can fix it, and in time I will be able to do the same with web as well, but right now I'm a deaf, dumb, and blind man trying to find his way around with a broken nose in the dark.

Damn Photobucket accounts. They take soooooo loooong to get going. Which reminds me. I have my own webby registered and hosted. I simply haven't got the faintest idea how to...... Get anything there! Realistically all I want is FTP access but I can't even configure my FTP client for direct linking to images. Any pointers would be great.....
Really nice Icons

Thanks doksng - need to work on the clarity of the sheen on the small buttons but that wont take too long. ATM they're a little fuzzy at the edges but thats what you get for resizing a rasterized shape layer - cheap tactic, ultimately knew it wouldn't work but thought I'd give it a shot to simply get the images done in time :P

Ok, so I can't configure the FTP to access the site directory from work but from home I have full access to the entire site, so remoting into home and transferring files there then hosting them is fixed Thanks very much to both nidO and noobmonkey for your efforts in getting me up and running with http: hosting
