Here it is. Don't know what happened, but MyDocs doesn't mount to PC in storage mode, only in sync&backup... Gonna test it with other PC.

The log file shows it works just as expected, thanks.

As for the problems exporting to PC, have you made the needed changes to your /etc/fstab, and checked your /etc/usb-moded/usb-moded.ini ?

I'll check them, but they've been normal today.

Yes, with windows the USB networking does not work out-of-the-box. I guess you'd need to get some driver for it to work.

However, you can get the log files, even when you reformat your mmcblk0p1 back to FAT and boot Harmattan.
The logs are stored in your Harmattan root partition, in /var/log/ directory.
(or, when your partitions are exported in maintanance mode, if you can mount the root directory you can copy the logs from there. For that to work in windows I guess you also need some drivers...)

OMG, little bug - when I plug my device to PC in storage mode, display brightness sets to minimum and low-power clock turns off,

In Harmattan? That's odd, there should be nothing that would make it behave like that.

As juiceme said, you need some additional driver:
connect N9 in terminal mode, open devoce manager and look for an unknown device with RNDIS. Right click and update driver, select list of drivers (lowest selection), look for network devices, on left side choose 'M$ corporation', on right side choose RNDIS (second entry of two), wait for installation finishing. (M$ driver is of course not signed!?? Just confirm )
Now you will have a new LAN adapter in network. You may rename it to N9 RNDIS or not. As ubiboot provides DHCP there is no need to configure.
(this took me a few hours to find the correct driver )

Enjoy!

p.s.: I do not know (yet) of drivers to mount ext fs to Windoze, but there might be FOSS/Free/Share-Ware alternatives to do so (maybe TotalCommander?). If successful, please report back.
