Aluminium build where it looked like new after year of use... compared to my scratch covered 1G ipod touch.

Zune software was 10x better than the painful iTunes that i still need to use because of ipad 2.

Zune HD is actually the main reason why i'am not that critical about WP, what i'am is the fact that MeeGo got thrown out in the process.

Zune failed, never got out of the niche

was outsold by both ipod and walkmans

by sales numbers zune was a niche as maemo

Gasp

EDIT:
tre.se (the link from http://swipe.nokia.se/) just changed their N9 site from "are you interested" to "order" and price:

http://www.tre.se/Privat/Mobiltelefo...iler/Nokia-N9/

5395 Swedish kronor = 847.97531 U.S. dollars

Well, you didn't actually use Google If you did, the answer would enroll out in front of your eyes.

The prices are pretty consistent across countries. ~600€ for 16GB version and ~675€ for 64GB version. I think, it won't change much when N9 will be available.

If true, buying in EU is a rip.

Saw this post for UAE:
In other N9 related news, I went to a Nokia store here in Dubai, UAE and he told me the price for the N9 16Gb will be 2200 AED and 64Gb 2500 AED… 425 Euros/$600/371 BP for 16Gb, and 483 Euros/$683/422 BP for the 64Gb. I don’t know if he was just giving a good estimate. The guy sounded sure… If thats true, thats great news.

Not quite as good as that in Australia, but much better than EU still.

Random readings:

Tis amazing, there's at least 6 of these now. Most are excellent.
Weird how there's so much focus on File Managers...
Be good to see some collaboration between some of the devs, if/where possible.

Pretty positive impressions of Belle from GSMArena
http://nokiagadgets.com/2011/09/06/n...w-by-gsmarena/
Just some of the "Pros"...
*Belle is huge leap from previous Symbian versions, and now actually puts it against Android and iOS.
*UI feels smooth in general
