this is my kernel configuration :

whats the point of overclock when you got call it goes to 600
and you have to load your configuraton file ( you have to do this everytime you got a call)

are sure you have 2 days with this configuration or ist 600?

the evening i downclock 125-500 +smartreflex , yes , 2 days , brightness 2-3 of 5

Only during the call the frequencies are set to the default value, afterwards kernel-power takes over to readjust the profile.

in my case it doesnt load my profile automatically after a call

There's no point lowering the minimum frequency in this instance.
The minimum clock is "0".

Also your voltages per frequency are really high.
Plus you should have both VDD 1 & 2 off with custom voltages.

Personally I don't overclock at all, I think you will be best to use default settings, smartreflex at 250-805 (This is the new better way to overclock). 1150Mhz is asking for a brick.

Please also note starving / undervoltaging too much may cause corruption.

is this normal? i have set the default for 500mhz and 1150mhz, but about a minute later it goes to 500mhz/850mhz. i read somewhere that you had to edit a file if you have kernel-power, but can't remember which file. thanks
