Its not that
I downloaded clean backup using tweak L then restored with tweak Z then again i installed all my tweaks but i got same issue now i m restoring the clean backup lets see whats happens

Did you used tweak T ? Probably yes... Tweak Z (full restore) WILL NOT RESTORE TWEAK T ! You need to do this manually..
