Hello!!!
I need help. i hope that someone can help me.
If i would like to use yappari on the n900 (i just bought a new n900), i risk of being banned as with mitakuluu ( now on my jolla i use the android client, but i want to try n900 experience) or no problem? No Ban. there are some dangers?

Need some help as my device is showing version 1.1.51 of Yappari post recent update and this is behaving quite unstable. Every time after log-in its getting disappeared again n again. Please help.

I faced exactly the same issue around 3 months ago. Probably after the update of a Community Kernel, but I'm not sure maybe that was a coincidence. All the updates of the app since that time did not help.

But I resolved it yesterday and the solution was very simple. Here it is:

1) remove the application
2) reboot
3) go to console
4) get root rights
5) launch MC
6) go to root directory
7) make a search on the mask *yappari*
8) delete everything found
9) reboot
10) install the application using repository
11) log in and enjoy!

I hope it will work for you too!

And great thanks for the author(s) of this app for making me believe that my lovely N900 is still alive! I'll make a donation in January, I promice

I have strange bug. Randomly my Yappari disconnects and only way I have found to make it connect again is reboot my N900. Last few days it didnt do it but it did it again.

You will not be banned IF you will stop using your whatsapp number on the Jolla/Android and use it ONLY on the N900.

You will be banned if you try using it on all the devices.

Yappari 1.1.47 always shows Connection timed out at starting of it.
What's the problem.

Scorpius: When using humanity-icons, Yappari uses the small-res icon in the menu (probably 16x16). With the hicolor icon theme the problem doesn't occur. Any ideas why?
I noticed this behavior with PortaBase as well.
