Can't you wait for v1.0 instead? You don't expect them to give you a new .deb everytime they fix a single issue right? Wait for a proper release instead...
Of course, you can head over to git and do some compiling yourself if you are that impatient...

hi, quick update on some bugs, im on latest github update.
profile picture setting dialogue comes up empty, no picture to choose from. Same problem with group picture setting.
and the ringtone doesnt works either.
