volume slider is gone with eventsview patch 0.0.7 so does entering settings->system->sounds and feedback

I have to unapply the eventsview patch to get volume bar and sounds and feedback menu back.

@J4ZZ i dont understand what you mean
@m4r0v3r i dont know what options you talking about

if you don't know how to describe your problem - try doing in in step-by-step:
1. want to do something
2. did something
3. expected something
4. got something wrong - describe whar you got
5. show screenshot or terminal output

When applying latest eventsview patch, the volume bar disappears completely from settings - favorites and only brightness bar remains.
And additionally entering settings->system->sounds and feedback doesn't work anymore. Simply nothing happens when clicking on "sounds and feedback"...

When I unapply the eventsview patch in patchmanager again the volumebar is back in settings favorites and entering "sounds and feedback" menu in settings->system does work again.

So probably a bug with this patch...

noticed this too with the first version that came some time ago. coderus, is there a way to remove the "stucked"eventview-thing that i mentioned? none of the mentioned ways seem not to help with this.

@zladko:

Basically you will also need patchmanager installed... (patchmanager-0.4.5-10.15.1.jolla.armv7hl)

Option 1: download patchmanager-0.4.5-10.15.1.jolla.armv7hl.rpm from Sfiet_Konstantin here
then do a
Code:
rpm -i patchmanager-0.4.5-10.15.1.jolla_.armv7hl.rpm
before installing jolla-settings-patchmanager.

or

Option2: Enable Sfiet_Konstantin's repo with
Code:
pkcon install zypper
zypper ar -f http://sailfish.openrepos.net/Sfiet_Konstantin/personal-main.repo
rpm --import http://sailfish.openrepos.net/openrepos.key
zypper refresh #or alternatively
pkcon refresh
Now try installing again via terminal and it should install fine....

Option3: Simply install Warehouse and search for 'patchmanager daemon'

Cheers,

J4ZZ
