that repository contains all N950 packages, so adding that repository to sources.list is NOT good idea.

better is to create small script which downloaded that packages using wget and install it.

the best solution would be to create own apt repository which will have all packages we need (but we need permitions to redistribute)...

Great news! In meanwhile - i.e. between now and the eternity, that HBT need to give us definite answer - able ones can just add N950 repository, install needed things, delete repository, and enjoy, cause it's going to work this way?

why to adding and deleting apt repository? only 3 packages are needed to download - it is better to download it with wget...
