help me
I also faced this issue and finally sent my N9 to service center.
But you can try to download fw files for product code which is mentioned at back of SIM card tray.
Check first post which talks about recovering from flash errors.
These errors are related to cellular modem files.

My nokia N9(switzerland – 059k748) turned off by itself one fine day and it went into a boot-loop(starts up with nokia logo and turns off, and that keeps going on like that). Then i thought of flashing the device. I used Navifirm 1.7 to download the respective firmware for my device. Then using flasher 3.12.1 i tried flashing it. But im getting errors in the process. i tried several times re-downloading the firmware and flashing again. I have even tried flashing it with another country specific firmware but had no luck. All i see from the first place now is a warning screen when the phone is started up or is plugged into the usb port.

Here is the error screen i see:

H2O,

I'm not 100% sure but iirc that error requires emmc being flashed too or your previous firmware's cmt-mcusw being flashed.

If its emmc you may want to take out all your data first by mounting the phone using juiceme's telnet

Maybe do a bit of searching on this thread your error may have happened to someone else before...

I have tried that as well infact. I have individually tried all the following command to see if atleast one works:

1. flasher -F main.bin -f
2. flasher -F main.bin -F emmc.bin -f (with -R as well)
3. flasher -F main.bin -f --flash-only=rootfs, cmt (arguments taken individually as well)

No clue on what to do now. Thanks anyways
