I tried wazapp from latest source from Cepi Github, and I noticed that power consumption is back to normal now.

Only thing which still is not resolved is the notification sound being at max volume, irrespective of device volume.

Anyway, I'm noticing very rare crashes when switching frequently from Wifi to 3G. But they happen so infrequently (and can't be reproduced whenever I tried) so I don't have the logs. It's the most stable Wazapp version yet!

bug is only regarding to volume - notifications do get silenced/beeped if appropriate profile had been selected?
I suspect its due to use of Phonon:: MediaObject in the notifier.py. I was searching around and many dev people struggled with setting the volume according to system volume when using Phonon.
I digged into Wazapp code a little bit and older Wazapp versions used Qmediaplayer instead of Phonon. If I get some time, I will try out Qmediaplayer and see if it helps with the volume situation.
