thanks, mate - great, that's what I wanted to hear! You've checked it over longer period? consumption still normal?

bug is only regarding to volume - notifications do get silenced/beeped if appropriate profile had been selected?

Now Showing: Paranoid Parrot vs Overzealous Defender

Anyway, I'm noticing very rare crashes when switching frequently from Wifi to 3G. But they happen so infrequently (and can't be reproduced whenever I tried) so I don't have the logs. It's the most stable Wazapp version yet!

Yes, I ran it over 24 hours. Also, the bug is only regarding volume , if in silent , its silent. I did not check the beep profile.

I suspect its due to use of Phonon:: MediaObject in the notifier.py. I was searching around and many dev people struggled with setting the volume according to system volume when using Phonon.

I digged into Wazapp code a little bit and older Wazapp versions used Qmediaplayer instead of Phonon. If I get some time, I will try out Qmediaplayer and see if it helps with the volume situation.

well enough, for time being... one more thing - You installed 'dev' github branch, I guess, not 'RC'?
