Like the changes but this is still far from complete, IMO. Don't take that as an offense. But right now for building and editing nothing beats the Xterm way. I said for now Did you take a look at my previous idea, with a look I mean: Do you think it's doable for you? I guess it will make it a bit more easy to understand that way.

DCS patch part is almost done only missing the second dialog for selecting idle profile.
When configuring this you get a dialog: Select your active profile in the next window
when you tap done you get immediatly the second file selecting windows. You probably want there a pop-up saying: Now select the idle profile in the next windows

125MHz confirmed fixed

Also I have lots of ideas but that's more for later versions:
Like saving built profiles in /home/user/.kernel/ and the ability to edit existing profiles. Sort of manager but that's not important now

@mr_pingu
Absolutely, I looked into it. Well look the thing is, the core of this program is actually zenity + bash, but the GUI itself is PyGTK. The PyGTK window is an interconnection between the different parts of the program, an excellent example is Maemodder, it is the same principle. I'm afraid zenity doesn't offer this kind of complexity, so I'm actually looking into compiling the application in an entirely different way, perhaps to be a full Python program, or even Qt, who knows?
Now let's just focus on making it more mature, and fit inside the most features that we can fit in.

BTW this is the first Python program I've ever done. In fact, it is the result of a one-day's researching and looking into Python tutorials, so this thing has the potential to evolve.

'Tis complete now! There is actually another dialog for the idle profile, an a popup saying "Select profile to load when idle"

Saving them in /home/user/.kernel is a piece of cake, I am actually looking into the editing part, creating sort of CSSU Features thingy but to edit KP profiles...

Looks like your device cannot handle Blood Kain, or perhaps SR VDD2 is the issue, you can turn it off by editing the file via any text editor:

Code:
root
leafpad or vi or nano /opt/CPUTweak/kernel-settings/hdper
Then load it again

Hi mate, still fairly new to the whole comand line.

Could you please explain a little more.

On a side note i think it is the VDD2 i had a similar issue OCing my old N900 when using it.

Okay.
Copy this file to your N900 (USB):
http://hotfile.com/dl/133894023/be508d0/hdper.html

Then do exactly as follows (make sure you have rootsh installed)
Code:
root
mv /home/user/MyDocs/hdper /opt/CPUTweak/kernel-settings/
Then just open CPU Power Control and load BK HD from "Profiles"

I think its fudged...

Everytime it boots it just restarts again, its stuck in an endless cycle.
