I'd made a few adjustments to the thread title before I saw your suggested change. Good enough or no?

this works for me. i just noticed though that potrait on screen keyboard is absent. at least they should have incorporated a t9 text input for our ease of use.

Ah, that's better. It's much easier to read these long talk.maemo.org threads in portrait mode.

Scrolling is a bit wavy. It's obvious enough that it's bound to be fixed.

The main thing I missed is holding down the stylus on a link doesn't (yet) bring up the "open in another window" menu option, which I use a lot. Though an "open in background window" option would be infinitely better anyway.

I like the following improvement in PR1.1 best: As before, you can open a link in another window, quickly tap the corner so it's not full screen then minimise the window then return to the original window (see why I'd prefer "open in background window" ) - all this to let the new page load in the background. Meanwhile, before PR1.1 you had to wait for the backgrounded new page(s) to load before you could scroll in the fully-loaded page you've returned to. It would appear, but not respond to taps for scrolling for ages. With PR1.1 you can carry on reading the old page and scrolling it while the new pages are loading in the background. Much nicer!

One little bug I've found.... Having browsed in portrait mode, gone to desktop and then received a call and ended it. The screen reverts back to MicroB in portrait mode but showing the web page as if it's still in landscape, i.e. lower 1/3 of screen is black.

Anyone else found this?

Dude, it's dead. There's no ctrl+shift+o.

a) Tap menu, then web.
b) The browser appears.
c) Click talk.Maemo.org
d) page loads (new window)
e) click ctrl+shift+o (that's oh, the letter, same as 9)
f) close kbd.
g) rotate to portrait mode (with "Nokia" on top, as the phone)

-nothing-

Version says 1.2009.44-1.

The Easter egg comes with 2.2009.51-1. You'll need to update.
