Audiosurf!

And an iPhoneOS emulation layer. Because I do not believe most of the features I described in iPhoneOS applications will become available for Maemo any time soon.

Opera port.

Uitzendinggemist (interface to PDTV in NL).

Primarily..

Locate aware apps (Android has alot of them). For example, there's one that you can setup so when your near your grocery, it'll remind you what you need to buy. Or if your near a bank that you need to do X.

And there's location aware apps that can modify your volume by location. The closest thing we have at the moment on the n800/n810 is modify it by time (a cron script that adjusts volume by day and time). Ideally like the app, it could be set to vibrate when you get near your classrooms. And automatically pop back to full volume or whatever when your not in those areas.

Evernote!

Locate aware apps are the cause of my jealousy of Android/iPhone =P

Oh and Augmented reality (I'm interested in researching this actually)..

Edit: And if not, then an Android emulation layer. =P

If there's an api for the calendar it could be useful to set the ringer volume based on events (if some events could be tagged or could be on a separate calendar like Google agenda). So even if you're in class, if the time is over the phone could ring.

Using the gps could be nice too.

Did someone already mention Google Maps? Wouldn't it be easy to port from Android?

ZSNES cannot be ported to the tablets right now since almost the entire program, UI and all, was done in X86 ASM though they are working on rewriting it all in C, at which point it could happen. Probably another year or two off from that happening.
