OVI store for N900 is currently in beta phase and regular developers AFAIK currently have no means for uploading stuff. So all you see in OVI store for N900 right now has been put there by Nokia.
I suppose Nokia paid the developer companies for this stuff to have something in the store from the beginning on.

I'm very very happy about the work of Maemo community and about the quality of good applications I can find here.
Anyway, sometimes I check Ovi Store to see if there is something new. Nothing!
Is it normal? I expected at this point lots of good commercial applications. Is it maybe too early? Should we wait more? Or is there a lack of interest for this platform?
So ovi store opened and we all expected a plethora of apps, and its been alright. But new applications for the N900 are being added at 1 per week or more.
How come its so slow? Or better, discuss why do you think its so slow
