I usually use only Pleego and Pleego remix with custom wallpapers, clean stylish and easy on eyes.

Though it has already mentioned twice above but I also vote for Reflect
The maintainer of Reflect is still actively updating this theme. However the downsize is that the latest caused the MSN message in telepathy-msn-pecan totally unreadable, I'll have to use the theme-customizer to change the color of the default font to anything other than white.
