Just read the Jakiman posts and ignore the rest of the stuff in this thread. His guide is the simplest/most accurate. Most of the other stuff I see here is shockingly inaccurate.

So let me get this straight:
Say that the maximum OC i want is 950. the the limits should be 250-950 @ lv profile ONLY?? can i use lower voltages ULV or even XLV?
Then based on experience from everyone, in order to maximize battery life, limits should be 250-805 @ IDEAL and SmartReflex ON?
