Yes, I will add it! I was waiting for Hindi recognition (as opposed to the destination language) to be supported. It seems like it technically is, but I haven't been able to get it to work. Next update will likely include Hindi as a supported destination language.

One other thought: What is the "server" running on now? I assume a PC running Linux or Windows? Would it be possible in the short term to package/zip/tar/vmware up the files and setup info needed to set up another server for this, say on a home PC? That could be useful too, both to lower load on your server, to serve as a backup, etc.
