It need more to bee dun...as meego keyboard on screen support is only lanscape...a bit weird if USB charging cable is connected.

No it works fine on the N9 too.
I like /opt/operamobile-labs/operamobile -skinresolution 640x360
It's like the small GUI option from N900 (or was it symbian)

Editing the .desktop file works.
Not sure about the default thingie, doesn't appear in my list (I want to set as default too as the hwkb of the N950 doesn't work ok with neither ff nor stok)
Please try it and report back.

As for the default thingie, Opera is not in the list neither on my device, but have a look at this: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=84733
In addition to the edition of defaults.list, adding "%U" after "blabla -skinresolutions 640x360" in operamobile-labs.desktop works for launching Opera 12 from other applications. However, there is a problem when Opera is already running when a link is clicked from another application. Instead of opening in a new tab, it just brings Opera to front without loading another page. I don't know what should be changed in the .desktop file, but I guess it has to do with the "%U". What is the argument for opening a new tab ? "%t" ?

Do you guys use opera as default browser?
If yes how? Trird default.list hack but it does only open opera. Never load page or show link in address bar.
EDIT: Never mind. Did not notice the link. Well now 1st click pass link to opera and it load page. Atleast works when opera closed. Thank God.

It's mentioned in my post just above yours. You should edit the defaults.list and add "%U" (without the quotes) at the end of the "TryExec" line in operamobile-labs.desktop. However, it won't load the page if Opera is already running when you click on a link in another application, but there should be an argument for opening in a new tab I guess.
