Did you reboot your PC in between flashing tries. The best results that i got, were from Linux.
Try to flash it from a Debian- or Ubuntu-based Linux-Live-CD

Althought there are occasionally successful attempts reported here on the forum, this error seems to be hardware related, the network chip does not respond to the erase by the flasher.
Is the N900 still under warranty? Do you have Nokia Care in your country?

Yes i tried some of the steps but still as you can see....cant resolve the problem...i am uploading the screenshots soon
