Was reading this thread. Possibly. The error you're getting is a symptom, and I believe the other members are giving you some steps, so that they can isolate (rule out) which of those problems you really have (hardware, user error, bad download of files, etc.).

Do you think you can post the entire screenshot of the Command Line (from the time you started the flasher command, up to the point where it finished)?

Actually there are similar threads relating to your experience. You may want to type "CMT Flashing Failed" (without the quotes) in the Search Box at the upper right of the forum site. Or I assume you have tried that already and read through the threads?

Yes i tried some of the steps but still as you can see....cant resolve the problem...i am uploading the screenshots soon

Try flashing using Ubuntu, i've got the best result using linux, also make sure no microSD is inserted in ur phone cause sometimes it produced problems to me.

Try to flash it from a Debian- or Ubuntu-based Linux-Live-CD

Althought there are occasionally successful attempts reported here on the forum, this error seems to be hardware related, the network chip does not respond to the erase by the flasher.
Is the N900 still under warranty? Do you have Nokia Care in your country?

Yes i do have both priority and Nokia around 10 km from my house...i finaly decided to knock their doors....as one of our member mentioned that he reached there and they fixed that by flashing it in there own way!!But because it is out of warranty...cant say if they can fix that.... Still hoping the best..

BLoody NOKIA PEOPLE!!!

They gave me such a childish reason...
1st i asked them about the sim card slot solution...they said that they will send it to the repair factory and will cost $100 ....as i ws not carrying the amount ..i asked them about the firmware....they said it can be done here..will cost $4 i said ok....
after some time they came back to me and said that....your phone was connected but our computer could not scan it...
oh WOW......this made me clear that they even dont know how to reflash a cell phone.... So the conclusion is..
I have to do it by my own and u guys will help me out RIGHT?

They certainly have no idea what the 'smart' in smartphone stands for That's why they fail so badly!
