no, sh|t, how come. And you're perfectly sure, that it's even remotely related to kernel-power, eh?...

Thanks for the quick reply. It helped me to narrow down the issue and SkypeOut is working again.

Thanks for all your work on kernel-power!

More Info:
Fix involved messing around with Skype files that I had messed with earlier...
sudo rm /etc/skyhost/skypeaudiocodecs.conf
sudo mv /home/user/.Skype /home/user/.Skype.BROKEN
sudo mv /home/user/.Skype.WORKING /home/user/.Skype

Yes, it does. Or it should. Mine does. Mass storage mode/PC Suite Mode choice. And so should yours. NOTE, this is NOT a kp v52 issue.

Hi

I have weird problem, I have "too much" kernels installed. That happened accidentally, when I restored apps and I didn't unchecked the kernel, so the appmanager installed it. As far I know, it can't be uninstalled by appmanager, and I didn't had the uninstaller, so I installed "Linux kernel for poweruser (settings and overclock)" package, I thought it will replace the old install. Now I have these packages installed:
Linux kernel for BFS user (boot image)
Linux kernel for power user
Linux kernel for poweruser (settings and overclock)

Tried to uninstall these (and then install the kernel again), but the uninstaller says "Cant uninstall" or something like that.

I just flashed the device, do I need to do that again? :I

Thanks

Look at the first post in this thread, under the section labelled "uninstallation".

After installing KP52 i found that there is a problem restoring images with backup menu - after restoring an image with it (kp52), the device becomes unbootable - both into backupmenu and into maemo. see here:

http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...postcount=1533

is it possible to revert back to KP51?

Can't confirm, restored dozens of images with kp52 using backupmenu, and never had any issues.
