@Dave999: I've used OS4's multitasking for half-a-day on my 3GS (iPhone 4 is 30% faster than 3GS)... some notes:
- On apps that support OS4.0, it works very well.
- I ran GPS logging/tracking in the background for a couple of hours. For all intent and purposes, the GPS tracking app (motion-x) looks and behaves as if it runs fully in the background and didn't skip a beat when switched in/out from. Unfortunately battery drain was still quite noticable
- The UI is optimized to juggle between 4-8 apps. The task switcher shows 4 icons in a (horizontal) row at a time, and you can swipe to see the next 4 in one gesture. It works very fast if you juggle less than 8 apps. More than that, I think it takes a bit longer to hunt and peck.
- Apps that don't support OS4.0 are made to act like they're compatible; they show up in the task-switcher icons listing, yet they're slower to switch in/out from because they don't take advantage of 'fast app switching' feature.
This sucks. I wish they just close and not appear as 'active task'. (I heard there'll be a mod to take care of this, jailbreak needed of course).
- I really like the folders management. It's very quick to create/delete/populate.

But seeing that every app shoves itself into the memory, without so much as indicating it to the user, I figure there must be some limit to how many apps "stay open" (well, paused in Fast Switching mode or something). In theory, eventually things should start closing on you.

@maxximuscool: you win, i've made a bad decision.
edit:
hint: the "DSLR" part is important.
spoiler: what sondjata said.
note: "megapixel is king" = bad logic. there's more to a photograph's image definition than the number of pixels.

Let say about this, 6x9 is what a 5MP capable of producing good print, but can you enlarge it to 3x larger without seeing the pixelation?
In this case, 12MP is great for video recording (1080p) capable and better wider capture area. Pixels per square is a lot more but I know that it is not all about the Pixel per square that is count. It does count to ward the quality as well.
Let take a look at 1.3Mp, 2Mp, 3.5MP, 5Mp and 12Mp pictures from all Nokia phones. YOu'll see much improvement in clarity over the Megapixel, now compare 1.3MP to 12MP picture!!
Do you see the difference? Can you spot the quality? After all even it is not DSLR it has to be atleast far more better than the old 5MP camera Unit that Nokia keep on reuse ever since the N95 released. Atleast I can take higher resolution pictures with 12MP and shrink it down to 5Mp and looks superb better than the 5MP
