There is a remote with qwerty and also a keyboard but I think they both use bluetooth

i managed to use it once on tv it worked and after that i tried to the radio then when i returned back using the tv again
am having this error "Failed to connect to /dev/lirc0
error is device or resource busy"
any help please

This is highly unlikely, most are 433MHZ radio.
There are gate openers that detect lasers but this is a completely different wavelength.
