He say that he checked the statusarea.css File and the parameters looks like i posted from original file. That mean n9qt completely restored this tweak... How work HSS i don't know...
Maybe uninstall hsse, reboot, check if work and reinstall hss.
Maybe he need to reinstall system-ui like i mentioned before...

Oops the last command should be:

Btw, you have MAG's repo enabled please disable it or post the ouput of:

ls -al /etc/apt/sources.list.d/
Lastly, post larger screenshots as nobody has microscopic eyes...
