The Internet Search applet has the ITT forum search; I resized the icon using ImageMagick (from Debian) and added it to the search using Edit Internet Searches app. Caveat: the custom search seems to get lost after reboots, I have to close and open the search applet to get it back...
I've also got OMWeather (doesn't everyone?)

Just wanted to go on record here; there is an ImageMagick port for Maemo, so you needn't have the chrooting leetness of Qole, or the quad-booting 16-GB card of yours truly, to do that... But you really should do one or the other or both, it's cool. Really.
