There is/was another application just for that - not by me.
I added to mycontacts because I had 99% of the code for it already. I don't see much of a reason to split the projects but I can see where some extra options/changes would make sense for someone like you, only looking for this functionality: not keep "all" the contacts in memory (just the ones that have to b]e rejected) and create the "reject with private". They are on my list.

How do you add "private" Calls to the call blocking feature? Also, it is possible to add just a number to the call blocker box without necessary adding the person to your contact list?
