Networkspeed on/off button is working here also.
But first time I needed to press several times to get it to work.
Maybe it needs a moment to activate?!

There is no option "Network speed" under application.
But there is option
Settings -> Notifications -> Notifications -> LED notifications (for notifications)
Instead using GConfik,you can install netspeed package, via terminal as ROOT
dpkg -i /opt/N9QTweak/Toggles/netspeed*
The control of netspeed you can find in: Setting -> Applications -> Network speed

What I meant is that when you load a page, shows kb/s.
When recharging the same page immediately shows no movement in kb/s.
Sorry for my English.
In my phone this Instead using GConfik,you can install netspeed package, via terminal as ROOT
dpkg -i /opt/N9QTweak/Toggles/netspeed*
The control of netspeed you can find in: Setting -> Applications -> Network speed
(Setting -> Applications -> Network speed -> Enable = On/Off)
apear Like: Setting --> applications --> -->
-->
-->
-->
so why is not like yours???
