I was getting the same msg. today.
when flashing I am getting message "no such file or directory" what am I doing wrong?

copy your firmware files to the flasher directory then cd /path/to/fladher/dir

Now put your China fw in the flasher directory and the command is:
Please verify the above command by searching in this thread as I've typed it just from memory...Code:flasher -f -F roots.bin --flash-only=cmt -R

I tried the old main.bin and got an error "nothing to do"" msg.
I also tried the stand alone CMT file and got a invalid fiasco file assn. msg.? fyi my files were downloaded thru phoenix.
I wanted to make sure this process is going correctly, so I took a screenshot of the flasher window thus far.
From what I've read the erasing stage will take a while, so right now my phone is off and the LED notification light is blinking. Can someone tell me if the process is going correctly? Thanks.
