Did Jolla mentioned anywhere an update regarding their time table for the initial release? I only read that Q&A is done by some community beta testers. I wrote them an email to be eligible as such a tester but apparently they don't like me;-)

Yes but if you sell it, the buyer may want those features.

But when you look at the huge differences of the photos taken with and without the Bionx engine, I would enjoy keeping this Bionx improvement.

But that won't be there on Sailfish anyway or did I miss something and Jolla licensed it ....

Could be possible, depends on the boot loader type and functionality.
I have to confess I have not done work on android device bootstraps so cannot say without looking into it.
