the @nokia account just tweeted link to live webcast again and there is no mention of a delay from them

There is no delay. Some people thought keynote was scheduled to begin at 9 AM local time and when they were told that it is ACTUALLY scheduled o begin at 10 AM, they thought it had been delayed. It hasn't. Keynote will begin in 25 minutes

Great. If that's the case, I will end up missing the 1st hour of the keynote as I'm just out in the street near Hilton hotel but the event start an hour later. Hmmm.
