Hi justadude.

We've received your donation. Thank you very much for your support.
I can try to show this animation http://www.weather.com/weather/map/U...wanimation=yes
But I don't promise. Implementation of this feature requires some efforts from me.

That will do just fine If you were to get even that type of radar screen to work it would by far be better than the accuweather one. I realize it will take lots of work, and I'll be happy to donate a larger amount to help you with your efforts. Thank you for the reply.

Cheers!

How did you get access to the foreca data ? I tried to search for their API but nothing free... :/

thank you for meecast, it is excellent!

i have two suggestions for future updates:

1) would it be possible to add a custom name for the city that is shown? in my country, foreca shows the english name of some cities. but it would be nice to have everything in the same language. and i would like to be able to change the size of the city name, some cities have short names and are hard to read. (wasn't that in an older version?)
2) on standby screen widget, i personally don't like the colors in the weather symbol (in the contour symbols). the blue rain symbol is hard to see, and you could tell the difference between sun and moon without the sun being yellow. i'd prefer an all white (or whatever color), clean look.

if there was any chance of these features to be implemented, i'd be an even happier meecast user

thanks for reading!

Very good application, but changing the "color of font for temperature" doesn't work on my phone - it changes nothing.

Can this be related with the PR 1.2, because the other two options "color for station name" and "color for current temperature" works well?.

- Can you add sunrise and sunset, and day length for bom.gov.au source?
- I seem to remember that someone on an Australian N9 forum wanted QLD added also if possible.

Thanks for a great program....
Hi.

I'm going to try to fix some your issues in the version 0.6.2

Vlad.

P.S. I couldn't find sunrise and sunset information in bom.gov.au
P.P.S. I can't add QLD region because this region doesn't have full weather forecast in this place ftp://ftp2.bom.gov.au/anon/gen/fwo/. For example full weather forecast for Sidney you can find here .

hi Vlad,
This page might help you, it lists all the codes for towns around Australia :-)
http://www.bom.gov.au/inside/itb/dm/...ables/current/
So Brisbane in QLD would be:
ftp://ftp.bom.gov.au/anon/gen/fwo/IDQ10095.html
