What exact watch face are you using? I could try that out on my OPX and check if it's device dependant.

It's called Love Weather. Works fine on OPX for me. But all other weather faces I tried have the same issue (they require you to set a location before they work, and the keyboard doesn't work).

Should be calling 'org.rockwork.Pebble.LaunchApp' - you left the Pebble out.

Strange. Maybe the files are only there if you changed the settings of a watchface. Try to change the unit (celsius/fahrenheit), that should write the file. Then you can edit it.
