you are kidding me? The "/path/to/n9-qtweakall*" that mean path where you placed downloaded from the first post installation file.. For example in /home/user/MyDocs/n9-qtweakall*

its better not to give him the command with * at the end because if he has more than one version its going to get messy

If you saved the latest version to /home/user/MyDocs then type in terminal:

devel-su
{enter your password - default is rootme}
dpkg -i /home/user/MyDocs/n9-qtweakall_9.7.5_armel.deb

You are right... but as far as i remember it will automatically will choose the latest version to install
