Still not an expert with mypaint, love it very much. I drew a cute dragon on my N900 a little time ago...

save as> format to> by extension (prefer default format)
and choose .png ( are 3 version png: 1-solid with background, 2-transparent, 3-multiple transparent) all 3 version are okay, but transparents are good for animation and so. png with background is a classic png.

or
in da Preferences... (in the top menu 2-button is Edit > Preferences...)
3-button in menu Preferences... is SAVING (Pen Input | Buttons | Saving | View)

and you must set in this (in Saving) thats:
Default file format: like PNG solid with background (*.png)

fanx dude for the dragon it made me smile, it lifted my sprites sometimes this forum can be depressing...

Can someone make a video tutorial on how to draw effective on the n900? Are you guys using mypaint?
