The problems just started one day and are listed below:

- At start up it shows: There is a problem with your SIM
- When I go to "Settings \ About product" it doesn't show IMEI,
Bluetooth, or WLAN, and after a while it says Settings not
responding and ask to close it.
- Other random application do the same thing (not responding)
- Phone doesn't connect for a long time with Nokia Suite

Ive tried flashing with win-flash 3.12 and the firmware downloaded from NaviFirm, but it keeps getting me error. Picture of the error in attach. Product code on the sim tray its 059K172

Please can someone help me with this problem because its driving me crazy, and right now my N9 its just a useless brick.
Thank you!
I think you need to download fw file from here.
http://www.mrcrab.net/nokia/Nokia_N9...n=30.2011.44-5

And then tried to flash cmt only.

flasher -f -F old_main.bin --flash-only=cmt

Product code you mentioned seems to have never got PR1.3 and that could be issue.
I think you can try to resolve it by yourself first.

If I could have got back to the state I bought the phone in I could have learned to live with it but everything I tried, including a secure data wipe left the phone in a state of too many boot errors.

I spent days wasting my time with the phone. I'm back using my N8 running Zeon^4 and I'm coming to the conclusion that it's a better phone if not as slick!

Thank you, I'll definitely try that.
The link you posted its not working, anyway I got to the N9 firmware but there are a lot of options. Which should I choose to download and flash?

Also another problem is that since i purchased the phone online, and it arrived to me with the 1.3 software, I dont know which software was previously on the phone, so I dont really know what to download

If the only way to do it its by contacting Nokia Care , than I'm doomed because there isn't any Nokia Care in my country
Anyway hope they can fix yours and than you can get any info of which was the problem, and share it with us.
Thank you

I'm told it will be Friday before my phone gets to Dublin so next week before I get any news. I'll keep you posted. So far Nokia Care think I have damaged a memory chip!
