We know for a fact they will only release a MeeGo device until they get a high end WP7 device ready so don't fall for it.

It's actually the other way around.

MS has got itself the golden key to access hundreds of millions of potential customers who are not as critical as the common 'smartphone savvy customer'.

They will sell WP7 under the Nokia brand, to people who cares more about a phone's brand, general features and color/shape; than those who are already entrenched to an existing platform (iOS/Android/WebOS/BB/etc).
