I'm unable to connect to the tracker (I'm mainly interested in the firmware, my N900 is dead). Would it be possible to replicate the .torrent to another tracker? I'm not sure where along the route the block is.

Edit: Never mind the tracker - it looks like I'll be unable to download anything bittorrent. I will have to wait for a mirror which I can download with wget or something.

In most cases you do not need the vanilla image. In fact if you use it, it will wipe all your photos, music, contacts, maps, etc. If your backups are located on the 32gb flash it will be wiped out too.
Thanks,dude I really appreciate it.

Can anyone confirm what the bin file name is for 51.1 UK? I'm downloading via Navifirm and it's getting:

RX-51_2009SE_2.2009.51-1_PR_F5_MR0_ARM.bin

Is this the right one for UK?

No, that's the general European one - the UK one is RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.42-11.203.2_PR_COMBINED_203_ARM.bin (the 51-1 firmware still hadn't been uploaded at the end of last week).

I finally got my N900 flashed yesterday. As I expected the battery was t low fr it to enter the USB mode.
I went to a Nokia Care center, but they could not flash my N900 but offered to send it to Poland so I would have it back in 14 days, so I asked then to charge my battery and 2 hours later I got the battery back went home flashed the phone and it worked.

I have succesfully flashed my N900 on Win7 64Bit using windows XP mode.
When you have it setup you need to connect the usb device and give it a couple of minutes so it wil install the drivers on the host.
Flashing eMMC however does not work as that happens in a different mode.

Can someone help me to become the eMMC content

I can downlaod the: RX-51_2009SE_1.2009.41-1.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin but it comes as a Poweriso file and i cannot extract it (?) Not with Poweriso and not with WinRar, so i'm not able to put the .bin file in the flasher-3.5 directory. Looks like the .iso files are corrupt.

Can someone give me a link to the .bin file or please upload it

ThnX in advance

What you've downloaded is the .bin file. The fact that Poweriso is set up on your PC to open .bin files doesn't affect the actual data. If you want to double check, get an md5sum tool for windows and verify that the md5sum of the .bin file matches that posted on the firmware site.
