Just put wholly open-source operating system pre-installed on it,
and don't forget QWERTY keyboard and 5MPx camera and ability to work like phone (2G is enough) and GPS antenna and of course 32GB storage and microSD slot.
EDIT: You can let accelerometer out, I will switch between four orientations manually as MeeGo should be able to rotate into any of them.
And you can let ambient sensor out, I will regulate screen's brightness and keyboard back-light manually through software, just like sound volume.
