thinking more of it along the lines of receiving complaint from organisation than an individual. coming from an organisation it may have more weight behind it. at the very least they should provide a reply, either to council or individuals involved, as to the reason behind the ban, like on what grounds has there decision been made and evidence backing that decision.

Would it be worth requesting an explanation in writing via Communuty Council?
regarding banning from creating apps and blocking acces to core maemo programs and devlopers we do need an explanation.
So I do not think so (but will bring this up next Tuesday).
