I've received the goods and have absolutely no intention to ask for refund on this transaction.
I have read and accepted Neo900 UG's TOS at https://my.neo900.org/index.php?id_c...content_only=1 and so - comparing to your Director's statement at https://stories.paypal-corp.com/home...and-preselling - I gather that Neo900 project is legit crowdfunding and not pre-sale
