I fixed the languages issue but the sound issue is worse.
Widelands uses sound in OGG format, and Maemo SDL_Mixer is compiled without OGG support.

Widelands 15-2 just left the builder.
This one is very playable.

Hi could you please package this so that it would not take up of the 2GB partition? I am running out of space fast. 2GB is simply not enough for 100+ MB apps or games.

Other than that thank you very much for the port.

I have just installed that version and sound and double-click to close works, great!
The problem is that the mouse cursor is often at another place then your finger and it changes the position randomly so it is unplayable if it happens.
The game is also very hard to end if you cannot access the menu button to exit because it uses 100% CPU which slows down the rest of the system.
I have tried to set another language ("Deutsch") but the whole game stays in English...

You can move /opt/maemo/usr/share/games/widelands anywhere you want and change the /usr/games/widelands symlink.

With so much details on screen I advise you to use stylus.

To exit you can always press Ctrl+Backspace and press X in the window corner.

Locale changing works fine for me. The game even starts in the system locale. If you installed 15-1 version before, try removing ~/.widelands directory and start again.

You mean like when optifying the N900 ln-s?

I wasn't sure that would work. Thanks.
